Venue Services Limited ‘Venue’ is committed to minimising the impact of its activities on the environment.
The key points of its strategy to achieve this are:
• Minimise waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.
• Minimise toxic emissions through the selection and use of its fleet and the source of its power requirement.
• Actively promote recycling both internally and amongst its customers and suppliers.
• Source and promote products and services to minimise the environmental impact of activities to which Venue are involved.
• Meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that relates to the Company.
• Market the business and form relationships with clients in our immediate area to minimise transportation distance of equipment and crew.
• Where viable, use zero carbon vehicles.
• Mitigate the environmental impact of transport of equipment and crew to locations outside or our immediate area using offsetting schemes.
